Optional Continued Support

After you complete the 16 week intensive you are welcome to continue with weekly or biweekly therapy with me at my usual session rate.. While this intensive will transform your life, there may be more to explore and heal.

Why Invest in Yourself? Because Waiting Costs More

Gaslighting steals your voice, your peace, and your sense of who you are. The longer it goes unhealed, the deeper the self-doubt, shame, and confusion take root.

The cost of not investing in yourself isn’t just emotional—it shows up in your relationships, your career, your confidence, and your future.

Imagine this: four months from now, you could still be replaying conversations, apologizing for things that aren’t your fault, and wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again… or you could be living with clarity, setting boundaries without guilt, and trusting yourself again.

The choice to invest in therapy is the choice to stop losing more of your life to someone else’s manipulation—and to finally reclaim your own.
